The PMI South Florida Chapter is pleased to offer the following Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) course.

Scrum is an development framework when you are dealing highly complex and uncertain projects. This course is designed for the audience who wants to learn and implement Agile & Scrum frameworks. The course will cover the required credit hours to obtain Certified Scrum Product Owner certification and also it will provide 16 PDUs toward your PMI certifications like PMP or ACP..  

Scrum training (or an equivalent agile training) is a way to prepare for the PMI-ACP® exam.  It provides an important foundation needed for preparation, and counts towards the 21 hours contact hours of professional education needed to sit for the PMI-ACP® exam.  Scrum training is also a way to maintain your PMI-ACP® because it counts towards the Professional Development Units (PDUs) you need to satisfy your renewal requirements.

Description:

This is a two-day Certified Product Owner workshop which prepares you to gain your Scrum Product Owner certification, and more importantly to utilize Scrum in complex situations and projects. The coaching and mentoring will be provided by a certified agile coach. The course focuses your learning through real-world experience. You will be part of a small Scrum community-of-practice team that will train and coach you through your individual and company Scrum challenges.   One of only 88 Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coaches (CEC) in the world, will be the Agile Coach responsible for mentoring you through your journey.
