Everyone’s Agile journey is different. We all go through different phases and different processes as we assimilate the Agile mindset. It takes time to absorb the cultural change that comes with understanding Agile, specially if you come from a waterfall mindset. This Wednesday, March 10th, I will be sharing my Agile journey experience, what’s the good, the bad and the ugly; what has helped me grow and what could help you too.
This is a recurring interactive session for anyone interested in topics relating to Agile software development, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Lean Management, SAFe, etc.
All experience levels are welcome. This is an opportunity to get together with your fellow South Florida Agilists and discuss challenges, solutions, trends, certifications (CSM, CSPO, PMI-ACP, CSP, CEC, CST, SPC4, Kanban) or anything else to help you grow as an Agilist.
