PMI South Florida proudly invites project leaders and Project Management Office (PMO) professionals to an evening dedicated to advancing PMO excellence across our region.
This event brings together experienced professionals who are driving change within their organizations. Through a focused panel discussion and interactive Q&A, attendees will gain insights into what makes PMOs successful in today’s evolving business landscape.

Americo has served as an executive, international consultant, educator, author, and speaker, always focused on building stronger, more connected PMO communities. Patricia Monica Ojeda marketing, and operations. A bilingual consultant with certifications in management consulting, AI, and design thinking, she blends strategy with empathy to drive meaningful change. Backed by an MBA and decades of program leadership, Patricia is also a cancer survivor who applied research and wellness practices to her healing journey. She mentors through SCORE, supports animal shelters, and advocates for professional growth. At PMI South Florida’s PMO Excellence event, Patricia brings her powerful mix of resilience, clarity, and structure to help reimagine the future of PMOs.

Liza Marie Torres-Abut
PMO Director

Liza is a visionary project leader with over 15 years of experience in healthcare, technology, infrastructure, and business transformation. She has led multimillion-dollar portfolios as EPMO Senior Director and Chief of Staff in government, and now serves as PMO Director at Carnival Corporation & plc. Known for her people-first approach, Liza tailors project delivery to stakeholder needs while driving results. She thrives in fast-paced environments and leads with clarity, collaboration, and adaptability. Outside of work, she values health, family, and fun, often found fishing, playing pickleball, or competing in Family Feud with her son.

Felipe Espinosa
Founder, Aristotle Consulting | Strategic PMO Leader

Felipe Espinosa is a strategic PMO leader with over 20 years of experience driving enterprise transformation. As former Director of the PMO at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits, he led a portfolio of over 200 projects annually, achieving 93 percent stakeholder satisfaction. Now Founder of Aristotle Consulting, Felipe helps organizations modernize delivery through portfolio governance, Agile transformation, and strategic leadership. He holds PMP, SAFe SPC, and Certified Agile Leadership credentials. A frequent speaker at Agile and PMI events, Felipe brings fearless insight, clarity, and collaboration to PMI South Florida’s PMO Excellence event, inspiring the future of project leadership in our region.

Tiffany Morales
Co-Founder, Premier Project Solutions | Digital Transformation & PMO Executive

Tiffany Morales is a seasoned PMO executive and digital transformation leader with over 20 years of experience delivering enterprise technology solutions in SaaS and cloud environments. She has held leadership roles at top South Florida organizations including JM Family Enterprises, Citrix, Ultimate Kronos Group, and ChenMed. As co-founder of Premier Project Solutions, Tiffany helps organizations build and scale high-impact PMOs. She holds an MBA, along with PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, and Six Sigma Green Belt certifications. Passionate about mentorship, Tiffany values the relationships she has built and now empowers the next generation of PMO leaders through purpose-driven, people-first leadership.

Abid Sattar
Senior Project Manager | Technology and Healthcare Delivery Leader

Abid is a seasoned project leader with nearly 20 years of experience in technology and healthcare. He has led major initiatives at IBM, HP, and Envision Healthcare, and managed operations at Jackson Memorial Hospital and Memorial Healthcare System. With a master's in bioinformatics from Nova Southeastern University and certifications in PMP and Agile, Abid is known for aligning innovation with execution. His people-first approach and ability to turn complex challenges into actionable strategies have made him a trusted partner. At PMI South Florida’s PMO Excellence event, Abid will share insights on building resilient, adaptable PMOs that meet today’s evolving demands.

Cesar J. Richards
Senior Tenant Coordinator, Swire Properties

With a lifelong passion for architecture, Cesar Richards, born in Panama and raised in Washington D.C., brings a diverse background to real estate development. After serving in the Navy, Cesar honed his skills with an Architectural/Engineering Drafting Certificate. His career began in Civil Structural Engineering, followed by seven years designing office spaces for a real estate property management company. Since moving to Miami in 1993, Cesar has excelled in large-scale retail and luxury development, working as an Assistant Project Manager/Tenant Coordinator building outlet malls across six states and Puerto Rico, and a Tenant Coordinator for the prestigious Miami Design District. Currently, Cesar serves as the Senior Tenant Coordinator at Brickell City Centre.
