Luis Guardado Rivera, MBA, PhD(c) is a globally recognized executive, author, educator, and thought leader in strategy, portfolio management, governance, and business transformation. With more than 18 years of international experience, he has led high-performing Project Management Offices (PMOs) and strategic transformation initiatives across multinational organizations including HSBC, TELUS, the United Nations, Onelink, Webhelp, and Concentrix.

Throughout his career, Luis has earned multiple international distinctions for leadership excellence and innovation. He has been recognized as Best PMO of the Americas, Best Project Manager of the Americas, Best PMO in Latin America, Americas Best PMO Leader of the Year, and one of the world's Top PMO Leaders of the Year. His contributions to business transformation and leadership have also been acknowledged by leading publications, including recognition as one of the Top 10 Disruptive Leaders to Watch, the Most Influential Masterminds to Follow, and one of the Top 5 Revolutionary Business Leaders globally.

Luis currently serves as Vice President, PMO Americas & Global Governance at Concentrix, where he helps shape corporate strategy, strengthen governance frameworks, and drive the execution of large-scale strategic and digital transformation portfolios across the region.

A respected voice in the global PMO and strategy community, Luis has contributed to several influential publications, including The Evolution of the PMO: The Rise of a Chief Project Officer, The Volunteering Journey to Project Leadership, Little PM Book, Green PMO, and Stakeholders.News. He also serves on the boards and advisory councils of several international professional organizations, including PMI-PMO Global Alliance and The PMO Leader.

Beyond his corporate career, Luis is an international keynote speaker, university professor, and advocate for lifelong learning. His areas of expertise include Corporate Strategy, Portfolio Management, Business Transformation, Leadership, Design Thinking, Philosophy, Neuro-Semantics, and Artificial Intelligence for PMOs. He holds graduate studies in Business Administration, Innovation, and Finance and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Philosophy.
